Not sure where to start and which service if the right fit for you? This 15 minute call is designed for you to share what you are looking for from nutrition counselling, and for you to learn more about the service that best meets your needs. This is not for nutrition advice, but is a time for us to make sure we are a good fit for one another. This short assessment will allow me to get to know you, your goals, and your concerns. Please know that some extended medical insurance plans cover nutrition counselling from a Registered Dietitian. Please check to see if your individual or group plan will cover you. If you don't have coverage, you can submit your receipt for a non-refundable tax credit. Services available by telephone or on video virtual consult.
